I don’t often post reviews, but I hope that others will read this and save their money. I am not happy with my service. STAY AWAY! My daughter and I received threading and eyelash extensions here today. I left as soon as my service was done, but she stayed longer because she was getting extensions done. When I asked how long it would take so I know when to pick her up, the lady had told me and hour and a half maximum, to no surprise it would 2HOURS 45MINS! Went for PRP microneedling 3 days ago. Friendly atmosphere and knowledgeable RN. Loving the results. Read the google reviews before I went there but wanted to personally experience. Equipments used were in sealed packaging and opened in front of me. Table was clean and sterility maintained at all times. Being a Nurse few things I noticed which can be ignored because related to procedure my experience was wonderful😊

I have a terrible experience in this place. Once I entered to get my Botox done, by seeing a messy place it made me to feel insecure but I was like I’m already here let’s give it a try. I asked her I want zero movement and she injected me same amount of units that I usually get injected for zero movement. But the nurse was not experienced and I felt lots of products is dripping while she is injecting. She charged me .5 cent more for each unit from what we agreed on massage while booking appointment. Casey is an amazing injectionist, she definitely is a skilled professional, one of the best in YYC (she's really a hidden gem). And the price at this location is affordable, I don't feel ripped off when I come here. The owner is friendly and knowledgeable, the place is clean with a warm welcome.
