I foundBeauty Lab Laseron Instagram and booked a consultation with Hellen, who sounded lovely on the phone. The next day I showed up in the pouring rain, soaked, ringing their bell forever and when the door finally opened, the place looked more like a shady hangout than a beauty clinic. It’s so far in a sketchy neighbourhood and it’s in a closet with the machine and no space to put your stuff because it’s not safe to leave it out as it’s a shared space with other people. I like the machine they use, but the location and ambiance is terrible. I miss their Westmount location so much

I can't say enough good things about this place that makes the experience special. The owner clearly sets a high standards for service and all the staff follows them. They're friendly, respectful and professional. Everything was done efficiently and with great attention to details. If you're looking for a place where you'll be treated with respect, kindness and top tier service, this place is highly recommended!
