Specific treatments are offered based on your requests or evaluation by staff. In the bustling west village, looks like a shack on the outside but a surprising oasis inside.
The staff is so impolite and unprofessional. They redeemed my Groupon(85$) when I had called to check for availability. Then when I called to ask for an appointment later they wouldn't except their mistake. I had to go through a lot of loops for them to even accept their fault. Even when they did accept my case they told me they would get back to me with dates( they didnt have any dates for 2 weeks!!!). But nobody called me back for a week.
