I am writing to express my dissatisfaction regarding a recent experience at your facility. Your posted closing time—both on your website and on signage at the location—clearly states 8:00 PM. However, I arrived at 7:56 PM to retrieve a single item and was refused service. As a regular customer, I find this highly unprofessional and indicative of poor customer service.
