I am writing to express my dissatisfaction regarding a recent experience at your facility. Your posted closing time—both on your website and on signage at the location—clearly states 8:00 PM. However, I arrived at 7:56 PM to retrieve a single item and was refused service. As a regular customer, I find this highly unprofessional and indicative of poor customer service. I am a stylist and has spent sooooooooooooooo much money here. Well the one day I got here literally 5mins before closing, the small lady with the glasses decided to force the door close on me and my son’s face. I informed her I was coming to grab 2 things and instead of politely saying she was closing the store 5minutes early, she was extremely rude and forced the door closed in our faces.
