I walked out without making a purchase after being told I had to check my bag at the door. I understand stores want to prevent theft, but I don’t appreciate being treated like a potential thief before I’ve even started shopping. Customer service and respect matter, and I’ll be taking my business elsewhere. (Also, they sell dried out cosmetics.)

I went to get a couple of items and when I got in the store the security told me they needed my bag. Ok fine. So I walking around the store to see what they have because I haven’t been to that beauty supply store in a long time but I used to always go here and love shopping here but times have changed. As I reached the register the guy started digging in his nose so I asked him to use sanitizer because it’s way too many germs going around. Thats crazy the website on Sunday's says the store close at 8pm when we arrived the security said the store wa close at 7 however it was only 6:54 and they wouldnt allow me in saying the registers was already closed how are the registers close already and the doore already locked when it was actually 7pm yet that was racist because I was black and he came to the door to he said not to allow me in again it want 7pm yet the time was 6:54
