Asked for a balayage - got a foil. Asked several times why she was foiling and she said this was also a balayage. It was literally a foil and absolutely not the look I wanted. (Google definition of balayage). It’s just the line of the foil, half an inch down rather than on the root. Additionally, I find it bad business for someone to charge extra for a color... same amount of work but two different colors as well as a toner she wanted to charge me for. I went home and colored over the $150 I spent. And having to do it again.
Everyone I know that goes here has nothing but great things to say, especially about Oksana!
