I purchased and prepaid 9 sessions package for hydrafacial with Vivian at Beauty in Action. Each session was different facials. Vivian would rush through the treatment…sometimes it was 30mins long and other time it was 45 mins long. I have only used 4 of the 9 sessions. I was not happy with her service and requested for a refund of the 5 sessions which I no longer want to continue. Vivian refused to refund my money. I would NOT recommend Vivian to anyone.
Best facials I have ever had Best pedicure I have ever had Viviana is absolutely fantastic!!!! I have been a client for many years and have never had a complaint with service or products.
