I have been going to this place for years already and this one time that I went was the worst experience, usually it’s an older women but this time I didn’t recognize the lady working but she was super rude and it was definitely an experience

So so disappointed went to get my eyebrows done Here this Evening 8-4-24. I've been here before, had no problems. The young lady that did my eyebrows Was doing it very slow It was very painful, I told her to stop doing my eyebrows now my eyebrows are messed up Never again

I’ve been coming here for several years now for an eyebrow clean up and upper lip. This is the worst experience I’ve ever had I’m not sure if this girl was put to train but it was not okay I got done w my eyebrows n noticed one was thicker then the other I told her about it n she told me she could fix it, she hands me the mirror to see this. I’ve never left this place w cuts on my eyebrows or uneven eyebrows and today I did.
