The hair cool but when it gets wet it stinks so bad I don’t know what’s that’s about
Tried to call both numbers listed on the website and the one on here to confirm business hours before I made a drive 1hour away to purchase the hair and both phones don’t even work. Was recommend by the stylist but guess I’ll just be going to the beauty supply store.
Customer service was not good I love black owned businesses I support I show up for them. But this was a very unprofessional experience
These people are rude
These people charged me $600 just for the bundles to be synthetic. The hair smelled burnt and when I tried to wash one of the bundles and blow dry it, it started burning. (The blow dryer was on low) The bundles was also very thin and very nappy at the ends. Their Attitudes wasn't welcoming and I couldn't get in touch with them after they sold me the bundles. The hair they showed me in the store is not what they sold me. Save you're money, don't shop with them.
