I have bee going to beauty hour for a few years. I started going because my mom has been seeing Dian for many years. All the ladies are wonderful, but my go to gal is CiCi!! She is amazing! She’s alway up for new ideas, give you better color choices, and leaves you with clean, beautiful nails!

This was my first time at Beauty hour and booked online the night before with Chloe. She was ready when I walked in and was quick and efficient. I had a spa pedicure and the massage was great and relaxing. It could have been a bit deeper as my muscles were sore but was still wonderful. I also loved my manicure. I didn't want anything fancy but they were exactly what I wanted. My only other recommendation might be to have the option for a manicure to have a little bit of a hand massage as well. Will definitely be back!!

I have been here in the past and it was alright then. I saw a different staff this time. When I first sat down, I noticed that there were materials on the table that had either been used by her or a client before hand. The nail files were old, and the nail bits had not been sanitized between each client. I’m Also, pretty sure that the cloth they used to wipe down the tables and collect dust is the same between each client. The nail clippers used had definitely not been cleaned. My daughter saw Diane ane while the quality was very good she will not return. Diane commented that she looked like she had gained weight in her face and wasn't sure it was a good thing or bad thing. Body image is a sensitive matter with young girls. After we convinced her to start eating again she is going to try another place. Plenty of options.
