I was really shocked to read a bad review of this salon. I’ve been coming for years. As a matter of fact, since it opened, Rachel has been a godsend to me, fixing color, corrections, and other issues I had with my previous stylist. The salon is always filled with great stylists, who truly care about their clients I think sometimes people have unrealistic expectations or just don’t want to pay for service.
I am honestly shocked at the previous review as I have been coming to Rachel at Beauty and Grace for no less than 6 years and have always had the most stellar experience - a few photos throughout the years are attached. As my hair has gotten more gray with aging she has worked with me on maintaining sexy and healthy hair. I would never go to anyone else- RACHEL IS INCREDIBLE!!! 🩷🩷🩷
⭐️ 1 Star My experience with Rachel was genuinely one of the worst hair appointments I’ve ever had. I provided her with detailed inspiration photos an entire week in advance, yet she still showed up to my appointment unprepared and without the correct color. Instead of being upfront or rescheduling, she tried to borrow color from another stylist right in front of me. That should have been the first warning sign, but unfortunately it wasn’t the last. I have been going here since they opened the salon. Michelle is my hair dresser and does a fabulous job!
Michelle is fantastic! I have been going to her for at least 5 or 6 years. She is amazing with color and/or highlights on my very thin hair.
