My experience with this Jennifer was terrible! Poor attitude and was unprofessional. I’ve tried explaining to her what I wanted and how I wanted and she was very dismissive. My nails turned out SO messy and sloppy. Even a kid can do better. The nail polish went off to the side and on the cuticals. When I asked her about fixing the cutical she said she couldn’t. Nice salon. Open on Sundays. My only complaint would be the price for what I wanted for my mother. I said, wash and blowout. Was charged 99.00, and my mom's hair is short. She blew it dry. But didn't style it. No curling iron. Just blew it dry. Was flat hair. I won't go back because the price was more than what she got imo.

I had the most amazing experience, Vicky did an incredible job with my haircut and balayage—she truly worked magic on my hair. She took the time to understand exactly what I wanted and made sure everything turned out perfect. My hair looks so natural, vibrant, and beautifully blended!
