Beware—make sure you fully understand the terms before purchasing a bundle. I had prepaid for a package of three treatments, but unfortunately the first one did not go well and I saw no regrowth, despite what I had originally been told. Because of that, I asked if I could apply my remaining credit toward a different service (such as Botox or a facial), but was told "no". At no point during the purchase process was it explained that the bundle was restricted to that specific treatment only, or that I would have no flexibility... read more
