Not sure why the rating is so low. I took my daughter here and everything was great. Walk in, no wait, super friendly staff and nails were done perfect.
Today my family walked in to get our nails done having booked in advance two days before to get a pedicure. However, when we said that we had a booking, we were repeatedly told that we had “cancelled”our booking. It had also been removed from the reservation book as we saw someone write it down when we came in 2 days ago. After being told that our appointment had been canceled, we were then told that it would take an hour to wait. I was sat for almost 3 hours for a set of acrylic where the old set wasn’t removed, I asked constantly for shorter nails and asked for square round which resulted in long almond? This costed $75, then less then a week the shellac peeled on 4 of my nails. I went in to have it fixed and was charged an additional $15. So in total I paid $90 for nails that were rushed and low quality. I’m not one to make google reviews or complain, but this is so disappointing.
DON'T RECOMMEND!!! I just caught my first ever nail infection (ever in 20 years!) getting my nails done here last week. Must have poor hygiene. I have an infection on two of my nails under the nail - no wonder bad reviews. Update: Furthermore, I called the salon this morning to advise I have got a nail infection from their poor hygiene and the lady insisted I come into the salon (which I can't as I live in QLD).
