They did an alright job of my nails.. but they made me wait so long throughout the process randomly. They continued to accept more and more people beyond their capability of staffing amount. Ridiculous. Took me 1.5 - 2 hours to get a mani and pedi.. I tried to raise it politely but was ignored and they continued to take more people and my wait time just kept getting longer.
My ‘10 minute’ wait turned into 45 minutes before being seen. Don’t get me wrong they were clearly busy and don’t have enough staff but like be honest? The hygiene here seems very low - a lady went and got a tool from out the back, didn’t wash it (I could see) then when I asked about it when back to the sink but made sure to close the door. shocking, i was there nice and early to get in before the rush, was then letting every single person in and walked off multiple times to start on other clients, shocking service. then 3 nails are chipping off two days later and they said there is nothing they will do sorry and hung up on me!!!!!! terrible do not recomend!!!!!
The worst place I have ever been nail bubbled day after went back didn’t have time to fix it There customer service is poor and will not be going back and hygiene not very clean place How easy to do acrylic and shellac
I was at the shop for nearly two hours . Gat a pedicure and had to tell the lady to clean my heels. Finally set to do my nails, waited and waited. And finally when some came, she started me, and left me. They kept telling people come back in 10, and when they did still had to wait. The ladies were not very nice. So i left with my nails stuck on. Did cut the nails before I left . Also the price changed from what I got told to what i had to pay
