Unfortunately every single time I’ve booked here, they have made me wait more than 40 minutes since my appointment time and don’t communicate they’re running extremely behind. There’s ZERO point having a booking system if you don’t honor it and just rush as many clients through the door as possible. When they do finally start on you, they’re up and down 5 times jumping from client to client, running round the shop like headless chickens and texting on their phones.
