Absolutely unacceptable experience. I went in for an acrylic refill, and while the nails looked good at first, within less than a week, every single one became loose and started lifting. I was on a trip, and the poor quality of their work caused one of my natural nails to break in half — extremely painful and completely avoidable if they used better products and techniques. I come here every fortnight and i always have great experience here. The staff are so nice and friendly and the way they suggest me how i should do my nail always makes me happy. Highly recommend👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
