I’ve lost three nails on my foot due to a bad pedicure. There is one lady that works there with horrible work experience.
I visited this salon recently and was very concerned by the hygiene practices I observed. The same tools were used on multiple customers’ hands and feet without being cleaned or sterilized in between. They also use extremely dirty towels In addition, the service felt rushed — scrub and lotion were applied at the same time, which seemed to be done to move customers through more quickly. I mean it's okay, the staff were judging and because I wanted short nails, she was DEBATING with me that I should have longer nails.....like dawg what?? And the staff and clients were beefing with eachother, like a Netflix drama TV show ...no lie...
