Service was fine at the start, i called in advance to book an appointment and the lady sounded like she couldn't wait for me to get off the phone. Was told the price for the service I wanted would be $60 but magically theres an extra $15 charge (minus the $1.50 surge charge) because i wanted a coloured French tip. I find it incredibly unprofessional and down right a scam that even after stating I wanted a different coloured tip no one mentioned the extra 15 dollars until I went to pay, completely blinding me. Got my nails done here on Saturday. I was a bit worried as it was around 12pm and the place was practically empty but through id give them a try. I got SNS on my natural nails. While I love the colour within 3 days of getting them done they are lifting off most of my nails. They used a gel top coat rather than one for sns do you can see the top coat peeling off most fingers already. Honestly will not come here again.
I have been a returning client at this salon and, up until now, have always had positive experiences. Unfortunately, my most recent visit was extremely unpleasant and has left me both disappointed and concerned. I requested a pedicure without polish, and during the treatment the technician began forcefully pulling at the corner of my toenail. Absolutely terrible service, incredibly rude nail techs will never go back here! She was so rough she cut a triangle out of my toenail and then blamed me when she was unable to paint them evenly. She also kept burning me with the electric nail file and then said it’s my fault because my nails are too thin. My friend also now has a nail infection because they ripped her nail out of her skin !!! DO NOT GO HERE!!
Never seem to stick the nails on properly they’re ALWAYS popping off
