This was a very poor experience. They are short-staffed, with only three workers, who keep accepting new customers while seven clients wait. Less than a quarter of the job has been completed, and the staff keeps switching between clients without regard for the lengthy process involved. So unprofessional, I had to cut mid-job as I was to be late for whatever had next

The technicians here are always so lovely and happy to try new designs when I come in for my next set. Definitely a place to try! All sets I have had done haven't chipped or come off my nails (and that says a lot considering how rough it am with them), cant wait to get my next set!

Made appt for 9am, for soak off and new set. Staff arrived at 10min late. I ask is it possible to get basic pedicure done, there is 3 staff working and 1 client.. They decide to start with pedicure and I explain it have work. Pedicure rush 12 min done Nails soaking just under an hour- not ok New tips applied cut too short they know my normal length. Rude unprofessional male staff member! I was in the Salon today for a pedicure and the man cut my foot with the skin shaver and ignored it happened then wouldn’t listen to me about wanting square nails. I had to repeat myself multiple times. All of my nails are different shapes and sizes. I’ve had to get a new set from another salon. Total waste of money and time.

Went in for a simple French tip, was all correct length at cutting the tip, however, he then proceeded to continue filing the thumbs and pinkies when I said stop. They’re half the size of the rest of the nails, when I said I wasn’t happy with the thumbs and pinkies, he said too late pay $75 then made a scene like I was stealing and said he would cut them all off. I simply wanted them all the same length I asked for. Won’t be returning.
