Booked my mother a pamper pack facial and a pedicure for mothers day and was disgusted when she sent me a video of the old toilet room she was in for the pedicure whilst sitting on an outdoor chair... when I paid what I paid, I expect a salon experience, not for my nearly 60yo mother to be sat on an uncomfortable chair staring at a fuse box in a tiny room that was once a toilet.
