This place is a hole in the wall compared to Ulta and Sophora. The sales associates were very young and immature. They couldn't answer any of my questions, continued to text while I waited to be rung up, then denied my coupon they sent me. Their liter sale, is not a sale at all.

I have also been a customer at Beauty First for 20 years! I have always had great service in the salon as well as with the management. I have gotten to know many of the Beauty First employees, and have liked them all very much! They have a very helpful staff and are always willing to go above and beyond. I would be curious to hear the "real" story as there is always two sides. I will continue to be a loyal customer, and encourage others to do so as well, as they have always been so nice to me.

Having been a customer of Beauty First for a significant number of years, I agree with "I Beg to Differ". I have never seen or heard of anyone receiving bad service at this location whether it's for services or products and the manager has always been professional. I'm sure there's more to the story than the writer has eluded to.

I have been going to this Salon for at least 20 years and know and love all the stylists. Since they hired a new manager a few years back she treats the customers rudely and will not stand behind customer satisfaction! My stylists was more than happy to correct a slight discoloration from hightlights in my hair until her boss made the situation worse for us both. I will not buy my products at any other store (or any other Beauty First for that matter). The girls are incredibly friendly, helpful and truly know what they are talking about! One girl recommended a product for me and promised it will make my hair feel like new and IT DID! They stand behind their products and ensure I can bring it back within 30 days, but have never had to bring anything back because they recommend the perfect things. They truly are Best of Omaha and totally deserved that title!
