I brought my 10-year-old daughter to Beauty Factory Salon on John Young Parkway for a routine head and scalp treatment because she had mild dandruff. Whatever products or heavy oils they applied during the treatment completely wrecked her scalp. Within 48 hours, her scalp became extremely flaky, irritated, and intensely itchy to the point of severe discomfort.
