Renee is such a lovely girl! Although she English isn’t the best, she was so friendly, warm and sweet, and made me feel really comfortable. Her facial and head spa treatments were so relaxing! I’ll definitely be coming back to see her again.

Had the hair wash massage service and it was so relaxing. Renee was absolutely lovely and made me feel like I was walking on air afterwards. I’ll be back to do again and I’ll be asking for that lovely Renee again. Well worth the money for a great pamper session

Really glad I found Beauty factory via Groupon. Everything was professional and easy from booking to the experience. Couple’s package was enjoyable for my husband and I. It’s nice getting to experience it together side by side rather than in separate room. Wasn’t sure what to expect being our first head spa but the staff explained everything clearly. I didn’t think my hair could feel this soft and smooth! Highly recommend!
