I am located in the Mornington Peninsula and arrived to find out my appointment was double booked. William had tried to call but he had not written down my number correctly and did not go back to my booking to check the number so I never got the messages! He could have emailed me but didn't. I was offered a $10 voucher should I ever want to return! Very unprofessional and disapointing and I would not recommend.
I had the Classic Facial + Hair Spa + Massage, which also included a blow wave, and to top it off they even treated me to a complimentary foot massage. From the moment I arrived, William, the owner, made me feel incredibly welcome. He took the time to explain the treatment, and his calm, genuine nature immediately helped me relax. Had the 90 minute facial/massage and head spa treatment package. Massage was not relaxing - I got a bruise from it. Also, my therapists changed mid way through without any communication with me, so it was overall hard to relax. I won't be going back.
Had the Japanese Head Spa and boy what an amazing treat this was.... the staff were lovely and very caring. I thoroughly recommend this treatment ti everyone. Will be back with my daughter
