I was in Wilmington NC visiting family and we decided to go here. Let me start by saying the person at the counter was very patient. Any questions about hair was answered. We asked for different textures we thats what was showed to us without a problem. Thank you very much for your courteous service. By the way I brought a black hair rinse from here and it last longer than my Jersey brought rinse. Maybe my cousin can mail to me lol. Please try this place I had a wonder experience. Thanks again from Jersey.
Bad customer service
Worse beauty supply strore, I've ever been in! You can't try wigs on nor can you return or exchange them after purchase. Makes no sense to me.
The owner is nice, no complaints there but he doesnt allow you to try on the wigs to see if you like them, or even take a picture to see if it works for you or your client. Very frustrating when you possibly paying $100.00 or more and there's no return or exchange. I don't understand the policy of not being able to take a picture of their products.
