If I could give less than 1 star I would. Rude staff. Try to charge you extra for no reason and then when you bring it up with them the whole salon screams at you. I’ve been coming here for years every few weeks and today I had a query on cost as they charged me $5 extra for something they shouldn't have and I got yelled at to leave.

Honestly I thought I found the best nail place until after today unfortunately. I’ve been getting my nails done for a while, I came in this week to get something different with nail designs on them however the outcome of the nails didn’t last 24 hours. One of my nails snap and I didn’t even do anything for it to snap and I explained that to the nail technician and she accused me of lying. I have mixed experiences in this salon, sometimes it’s great, other times I leave feeling like I am throwing away money. Some staff are really good at what they do and others are just moody and provide very poor quality and customer service.

Don’t care that I don’t have model feet or hands, however I love the feeling of walking out of Beauty Excellence like I have. Thanks ladies for every new experience, whether it be colour, shape or design.
