I’ve been coming here for years along with my mom and my brother for facials and treatments with Icy. I like that she adjusts based on how my skin is and that she does extractions. The studio is very clean, cozy, and Icy does a great job with the facials and is very sweet! Also buy all my Shiseido skincare from here. Definitely recommend for anyone who is looking for facials or skin treatments!
I’ve been coming here for facials for 3–4 years since COVID, and it’s consistently been a wonderful experience. Icy is not only highly professional but also genuinely caring. I always leave feeling relaxed and well taken care of. She uses Shiseido products, which I love, and her prices are very reasonable — especially for the Bay Area. Highly recommend!
