I absolutely loved my experience here! First off, the location is so convenient, it’s in a plaza with plenty of parking, which already makes the visit stress-free. Icy is the sweetest and has the softest touch, truly one of the best facials I’ve ever had. My skin felt refreshed, hydrated, and glowing afterward. You can tell she really cares about her clients and takes her time to make it a relaxing experience. This was the perfect self-care treat, and I can’t wait to come back!
I’ve been coming here for years along with my mom and my brother for facials and treatments with Icy. I like that she adjusts based on how my skin is and that she does extractions. The studio is very clean, cozy, and Icy does a great job with the facials and is very sweet! Also buy all my Shiseido skincare from here. Definitely recommend for anyone who is looking for facials or skin treatments!

I always leave feeling relaxed and well taken care of. She uses Shiseido products, which I love, and her prices are very reasonable — especially for the Bay Area. Highly recommend!
