非常差的热玛吉体验，这家的cady仅用1个小时就急匆匆地做完脸+脖子900发，没有根据我皮肤状态调节强度，当天做完热玛吉我要求带走热玛吉的治疗头，因为防止商家回收被二次使用，但是cady当时找理由拒绝给我，只把包装盒子给了我，热玛吉术后第二天我两颧骨处开始红肿发炎，接下来两周时间全脸红肿过敏导致烂脸，过敏导致左眼红肿，吃了消炎药才慢慢缓解，这期间我有拍照并直接找到倍思镇静皮肤，事发后要求倍思退款，客服和cady各种推脱，不与处理，你自己去投诉要么找律师，责任都推到热玛吉公司和保险公司，我严重怀疑他们做热玛吉的操作失误，并且使用的治疗头是否是合规，这家的热玛吉体验令我承受身体和精神双重损伤，非常失望。而且上一次打肉毒素要求我加量打，结果把我的眉毛打的竖起来了，面相看起来十分搞笑，一个多月后眉毛才正常一些，事后跟给我注射的cady沟通，她居然说能恢复不就行了，她没有任何责任和问题，专业技能和职业道德实在太差，希望大家不要碰到这么糟心的体验，避坑这家美容机构。
