This was my first Brazilian wax ever, and I was super nervous. Thankfully, Jen made the whole experience so easy and comfortable. She explained everything step by step, chatted casually to distract me, and was super gentle yet thorough. The place was clean, relaxing, and the hard wax she used barely hurt compared to what I expected—no ripping feeling and super smooth results. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a consistent, professional experience.
Jen is the best! first timer here, I had such a great experience. Very efficient and quick! Jen made me feel so comfortable and talked me through the whole process. Jen creates such a comfortable atmosphere, you almost forget your getting waxed. 10/10 will definitely be my forever home ☺️
