Buyers beware! I ordered a 3oz bottle of Versace bright crystal absolu. It was advertised as a mother's day special price. I received a 1.7oz bottle. I reached out to company and they blatantly told me it was an error in the listing and they refuse to make it right. I simply asked them to send me another bottle to make up the difference. They won't. Beware they don't seem to care if the customer gets what they ordered. I didn't ask for a refund, I simply just asked for what I ordered and paid for.
Wanted to do a same-day pick up order from the store as suggested online. Store was allegedly closed at 3:45pm, per staff that showed up on the parking lot at 4pm. A lady said they close at 3pm (a schedule that doesn’t even show at the front door). Told her I was coming a long way to make a purchase: she was not accommodating and referred me to online (by mail) order.
Ordered something 2 weeks ago and never received my package. Tried to call but the mailbox is full. 0/0 stars if I could. This is such an inconvenience I really needed my item by WEDNESDAY of this week at the latest!!!! It’s for a freaking wedding. Again, 0/0 stars!
I ordered a perfume that was sold by Beauty Encounter on Amazon. It was shipped off very quickly and the perfume was securely wrapped! I like that the packing slip was shipped with the perfume.
Horrible assistance from customer service. I’ve been trying to reach them but there is no way to contact them directly, only by email. Avoid this place if you can.
