Today, is my birthday & I really needed some eye lashes...I told myself NOT TO COME HERE CAUSE THEY ALWAYS WATCHING THEIR CUSTOMERS. SO, YES I PAID FOR MY LASHES!!! AND I'M NOT EVER COMING HERE AGAIN. AS AFRICAN AMERICAN WOMEN I FEEL LIKE WE ALL SHOULD STOP SUPPORTING THIS STORE IN OUR NEIGHBORHOOD.
Been going here for years. I spend a lot of time in there deciding on what I want and I don’t feel awkward or like I’m being “watched” for taking my time. Never had a customer service issue.
Don’t support these people they don’t support you or like you !!! I went and spent over 100+ in this store multiple times then when I came to make an exchange which is on my receipt oh they couldn’t do it then when I repurchased the item they didn’t give me a receipt so I wouldn’t see the actual return policy these ppl think they do slick I won’t ever support this business due to ethic morals .
They had my hard to find clair white so they fine with me
