If you are a person of color I would NOT shop here. I was followed, and asked multiple times did I need help after saying I did not, I then had a woman count how many products I had in my hand. Once I got to the counter I asked the man could I see the nose rings, he pulled the display from my hands and told me"which one you want" aggressively when I was trying to make my selection. The store employee brought the wrong wig to the front after completing the purchase and driving all the way home. I realize this is not the wig I wanted, and I came back explaining the situation. The employee vouched for me, stating she made a mistake, and the Asian woman insisted that there is a no exchange or refund policy And refused to acknowledge that I was unaware that I was purchasing the wrong Wig. I was in the store today to purchase a small wig to wear under a cowboy hat. The lady helping me was very professional, nice and helpful. The store has everything you would need pretty much depending on who owns it and who’s actually running it. I tried on several wigs and one caught my eye that was on a mannequin, but they didn’t have it in a new form so I could purchase it. I went upfront and the Asian lady who supposedly maybe owns it or manage the store told me that she would sell it for the same price as a new wig. I as... read more
