I've gone in this store a few times because it's close to my home. However, I went in there to get braiding hair and found some that was a good price. When I went to check out the guy was looking at the price on the bundles like he didn't think that was right so he called someone on the radio and I had to wait for that person to verify that's the price all the bundles had on them because he said he believed they were more than what was on the product as if I was a criminal and had changed the prices. They have lots of stuff. One associate was amazing and very helpful. And then we got the manger of the store . Horrible customer service skills. I’ve been in retail over 10 years. And the service I got from her, if she wasn’t a manager I would have asked for the manager. Very poor customer service skills. I did purchase two wigs and some product. Good thing I’m from out of state because I won’t be going back.

I love the store and one of your employees were extremely kind and helpful, but one of your employees, I think it was your assistant manager, was very rude to me. She made side eyes at me and whispered about how I look as I was walking around. I’m pretty sure she was even taking photos because I saw her with her phone but every time I caught her she quickly put it away. Apart from that, I did have a good experience.
