While they have a large variety of braiding hair, that’s about the only good thing about the shop… Employees were not knowledge about the braiding process at all, I asked questions about the type of hair to get, number of bundles, what they recommend, and I didn’t get any real answers. They also advertised sale prices that didn’t apply when I went to checkout which was disappointing. Maria was awesome. Helped my daughter find and fit a wig for a drama performance.
Excellent customer service the supervisor was friendly,knowledgeable and went above and beyond to help me,she made The Whole experience enjoyable and stress free, highly recommended
I had a great experience shopping here, the supervisor was extremely helpful and Kind she was very patient ,and made sure I found everything I needed ,she made my shopping experience easy, really appreciate her great service...I would definitely recommend this place
