They have lots of stuff. One associate was amazing and very helpful. And then we got the manger of the store . Horrible customer service skills. I’ve been in retail over 10 years. And the service I got from her, if she wasn’t a manager I would have asked for the manager. Very poor customer service skills. I did purchase two wigs and some product. Good thing I’m from out of state because I won’t be going back.

I love the store and one of your employees were extremely kind and helpful, but one of your employees, I think it was your assistant manager, was very rude to me. She made side eyes at me and whispered about how I look as I was walking around. I’m pretty sure she was even taking photos because I saw her with her phone but every time I caught her she quickly put it away. Apart from that, I did have a good experience. Absolutely horrible!! I am glad my daughter was not with me. The music was VULGAR!! Explicit lyrics and sexual content. I couldn’t even shop because the music was horrible. Just because you market to th Black community have respect for all people. Just because we are Black doesn’t mean we want to hear such vulgarity.

Very rude and unprofessional. Not welcoming at all. Have come to this location several times. Never asked if I need help or if I found what I was looking for. Yet watching me to see if I'm stealing, and refused to let my 5 yr old use their restroom even though I'm a paying customer. Had to end up going next door even though I'm spending my money with you. I'll spend my Money elsewhere.
