I've never had a problem with anything I've bought. Because the prices are good sometimes they run out of what you're looking for but they do restock. Even makeup is cheaper

This is the most unprofessional beauty supply store I have ever encountered in my life. I have been coming here for years and I wasn’t having this issue until recently. Every time I come I look online to make sure the hours are open and I get here and they are closed and they do not answer the phone. You do not understand how inconvenient this can be Very unprofessional.
The man who works here is nice and helpful but the hours online don’t match the hours that they are available. I have drove there 3 times during hours of operation and the store was closed. I also called to check an arrival time and got no answer and yesterday I waited around for over a hour after they were supposed to be open and no one showed up.
