I'm not sure why the customers before me were so upset. Because whenever my sister and I shop here, the ladies are nice and friendly. The prices are great. We drive from Canton to shop here because we love it.

The clerk was texting when we arrived. Never asked if she could help us. Wasn't interested at all except to return to her phone while working. Was very rude and unprofessional. They have limited supply wigs and they have a 200% mark-up. I was buying the last wig on mannequin and asked if an additional % could be taken off. The clerk said no. I asked if there was a manager who could help me she said no. Very very rude. I cancelled my purchases that totaled $67 and left. I will never go there again.

These people are terrible with customer service!! The owner of the store was showing me a product from behind the counter. Well, when I saw the price of $79.99 I said no thanks I could get it on line for cheaper. Once I said that she started screaming you wasted my time. I was shocked!!!
