I have been a patron of this store for many years. They have a business card center at the counter to the right as you enter the store. I’ve seen various small businesses leave their business cards as they are patrons of the store and value the opportunity for the store to help promote their business. The owner is very rude. I went in to return some hair that I had purchased the same day and she was making smart comments about the hair to one of her employees. I'm standing at the register listening to her and I ask her if I can just exchange the hair and she just stares at me and giggles. I was planning on exchanging the hair for something else but after she brushed me off I just got a refund and went to another beauty store.

I Shop at Beauty Depot periodically love the wide variety of things they have to choose from..I think its the biggest beauty supply in Jacksonville!! I haven't had any trouble with any employees until one afternoon me and my daughter walk in then store..instead of being greeted with an hello two heavy set woman are looking me and my daughter up and down with dirty looks ..it seemed one had made a joke or a comment about us because they started laughing hysterically while still staring at us.. it made me feel a a little uncom... read more

I haven't had a problem with poor customer service from the Asian woman. She has always been polite and helpful, unless she is on the phone. However, her staff has usually stepped in to help. The only issue I had was buying the wrong hair for my daughter's twist. But I will chalk that up to me not following the youtube vlogger's instructions well enough. They are cheaper than the other places in town.

If you wanna deal with an ignorant staff and management. Do not give this place your hard earn money. Some of the Employees were very rude show poor customer service and the managers wife (Asian woman ) has no respect . you come through to check out and shes unwelcoming looking at the ground until i say hello. very racist place gives the minority employee the bare minimum.... bottom line if you wanna deal with being dissatisfied waste your money here if no I would recommend sallys beauty lol
