I had a very disappointing experience here. I purchased makeup from this store, and the quality was extremely poor — the products did not perform as advertised and were essentially unusable. When I returned to the store to ask for a refund or even an exchange, I was flat-out refused. Not only would they not offer a refund, they wouldn’t even allow me to exchange the items for something else. The owner made a decision today to lose a lifelong customer instead of offering a $10 store credit for a ponytail that was purchased less than an hour before I returned . I frequently shop here because i live close by on Rosebud Rd but never again.Policy or no Policy they chose $10 over a customer. Becareful of where you spend your money!!!
