Gave and suggested me a bad pack of hair and is always out of stock of what I really need. Wish they were stocked better
Very rude manager. Unprofessional. Mad at the customers because they chose not to put the correct price on merchandise and not honor what's shown. As a multi-business owner myself I see why wechoose to end patronizing with certain companies.

I visited Beauty and Company with the intention of purchasing a ponytail or wig and was genuinely excited to try on a few options. I had already tried one and was in the process of exploring another when the manager approached me to inform me—rather abruptly—that customers are only allowed to try on two items.
