Charmaine! A dedicated employee she goes above and beyond for customers including myself. She is well educated and a great beauty stylist, I trust her when I walk in this store!! She’s the best and so very kind. Thank you for all your dedicated help and matching my hair extensions to my hair colour! 10/10 Charmaine is incredible! Their black staff can be a bit condescending with their services. Secondly, their human hair is very overpriced. For $100, I can get very good human hair so why did I pay the same amount for a sponge looking hair? The owners have access to good hair at affordable prices but want to cheat, not good

Went in to buy a ponytail extension - the owners were super nice and helped me select a colour. However, after I purchased it I checked it out in the parking lot and noticed it was missing the comb that is supposed to go in your real hair in order to secure the extension. I took it back in (maybe 1.5 minutes after purchasing it) and made them aware and was told there were no returns/refunds for ponytails, and that the extension is supposed to be without the comb.
