I am very disappointed with my experience at the Keele location. I purchased a wig and returned to the store within one hour with the original receipt. The item was completely unopened and unused, but the staff immediately refused to help or even consider a one-time exception or store credit. I understand that stores have policies, but customer service should also include compassion and professionalism. I left feeling that my concerns were dismissed without any effort to help. My daughter and I went to the Beauty Collection at Keele and Shepperd and bought a wig The box stated that it was the wrong color However, we did not open the package even , same day after 1 hour , I went to return it to get the right color . The cashier refused to refund or even exchange it.he was so rude . This is the area where they put the round circle that they scan. We did not even open it from that side.
