My mom has been to this location before and has never had any issues, but after what happened today, she is very uncomfortable using her debit card there again. She came into the store today to purchase eyeliner and paid with her debit card. If I could rate it zero stars I would. I’d like to let other customers know that this business is committing credit card fraud. They took multiple photos of the credit card terminal right after I paid and didn’t say a word to me. I had to notify my bank and they confirmed it was highly suspicious and to cancel my card as a result. This is my fav and go to beauty supply store! Highly recommend it. The staff is friendly and allows me space to shop but helpful when needed. I come here for bleach and toner when it’s time to do my roots. The prices are what keep me coming. At Sally’s it’s double or more in price. They don’t rip you off here. I also like their hair oils and hair treatments. I’ve been coming here for years and highly recommend everyone to shop here. <3

I am very disappointed with my experience at the Keele location. I purchased a wig and returned to the store within one hour with the original receipt. The item was completely unopened and unused, but the staff immediately refused to help or even consider a one-time exception or store credit. I understand that stores have policies, but customer service should also include compassion and professionalism. I left feeling that my concerns were dismissed without any effort to help. My daughter and I went to the Beauty Collection at Keele and Shepperd and bought a wig The box stated that it was the wrong color However, we did not open the package even , same day after 1 hour , I went to return it to get the right color . The cashier refused to refund or even exchange it.he was so rude . This is the area where they put the round circle that they scan. We did not even open it from that side.
