Booking is easy and text reminder is very helpful. I booked this appointment last minute. Always receive a follow up email which also great. Very personable, and remembers the last visit and always asks if I felt the dosage was right for me. Each appointment feels like I’m visiting an old friend while receiving my treatment. I met MacKenzie for the first time . She very happily fitted me into her schedule as a last minute client,which I am extremely grateful for. MacKenzie is very lovely and asked me all the questions needed to make me feel confident that she was knowledgeable. My procedure was quick and relatively painless, and she explained everything as she went, which was nice. I am very happy with the results and would not hesitate to recommend MacKenzie to my friends.

I couldn’t be happier with my Botox experience! From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and at ease. Brooke was incredibly knowledgeable, took the time to explain everything, and made sure I felt comfortable every step of the way. Highly recommend and definitely will be back!
