If you know what you want and can navigate extremely narrow aisles (not ADA compliant), you will be fine to access products to buy. I would not allow them to touch my hair - cut, color, or anything else based on what I see coming out of the beauty salon and overhearing the complaints. Customer service leaves much to be desired!

I have never had a good experience here. They cut my dad and brothers hair no problem but can’t seem to get women’s hair right. They are extremely rude and it’s just a bad environment overall. I wouldn’t recommend going here. Spend more money at a real salon so that you do not go home with a mauled head. I couldn’t go to school until my hair was fixed. It was THAT BAD. I guess it’s true, you get what you pay for. This goes for both salons in the mall.

Don’t recommend, I went into this place to get a haircut I talked to the lady at the front desk (white girl with colored hair) if i had to make an appointment or anything, she said no, just wait outside for 15 mins and the barber will be able to cut your hair, i waited, saw the guy in front of me leave i go in and the barber tells me im not next that there is another who is next, front desk girl didn’t notify the barber that i was waiting for him, overall haircut was good, jesus did a good job and good conversation, they nee... read more
