Customer service was very rude, nobody was able to assist, no fluent help. I asked to speak to a manager because of the rude service and I was told to do a review for the poor customer service. My question was in regards to purchasing some mascara, but they had the alarm seal on it so I wasn’t able to read it, I have a latex allergy and the lady was very sarcastic in regards to my question. I know now not shop in this store
Genuinely loved this store until today. A random man decided to yell at my son for smelling something in a bottle, claiming he was “waiting product”. First, don’t ever talk to someone’s child. Second, don’t approach another persons child. Third I have the money to pay for anything he “wasted”, which he wasted nothing. I don’t know who this man was, but no one from the store stepped in. Be careful of a random man yelling at people’s kids that aren’t doing anything wrong.
This is hands down the best place to shop in the area! The store is always incredibly organized and spotless, which makes browsing so easy and enjoyable. They have amazing deals on hair products, plus the newest fashion items that are always on trend. One of my favorite things is that they often give free gifts with purchases, which makes the experience feel even more special. Their prices are very fair, especially for the quality you get. The human hair wigs are overpriced and are not good quality human hair. The whole store is overpriced and they know it.
The people are friendly and willing to help however; they close early, the human hair wigs are over priced and dont last long, and their selection of synthetic hair that doesn't have harmful chemicals is few.
