Went to get a wash and blow dry since my shoulder has a tear and a lot of pain. The lady pretended she had done hair for years lied and only had a license for nails. She had my hair in such a knot after washing it then left the knot and started blow drying it with the knot in place i had to stop her and get the knot out myself and started blow drying it myself till the owner came over and finished it .it still looked terrible and had to go get it done at another place the next day I would not recommend to anyone.

I won't be going back. I normally get my nail services in Annapolis, even though I live in Chesapeake Beach. Today I thought I'd patronize a local business, and the fact that I was given a gift certificate to Beauty by the Bay sealed my decision. I wanted a pedicure and a Shellac French manicure.
