A true artist. Amazing color specialist & I love my cut.
Ruby is so sweet and very good at what she does. Her address took me to the dmv, but it's actually on highway 64, on the opposite side of the street, past the dmv lol. Phenomenal price considering the time and effort it takes to do lashes. I'll definitely be coming back.
