This woman's hands are blessed. Beauty by Reyna (Nelly) moved to phenix suites & I haven't had anyone cut my hair in years..since her. muchless a blow dry. I used to go to Nelly when she was on Davie road ext. But she is no longer there, and it's been a year and some. (There's new owners and a new salon entirely and they changed everything..)
