I do not recommend this lash tech. She blamed the poor retention of her work on me for not cleaning my lashes twice a day—which, according to every other lash tech I’ve spoken to, is excessive and unnecessary. I had a full set just last month plus two fills in between, yet she still pushed me to get another full set. My 1st time and definitely not my last. I finally have eyebrows. Natalie explained the whole process as it was happening. The atmosphere was relaxing and the studio well decorated and clean. I will be a repeat client, guaranteed. So happy I decided to invest in myself!

I had an amazing experience with my lash extensions! The technician was professional, gentle, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire process. She listened to what I wanted and delivered exactly the look I envisioned—full, natural-looking lashes that enhance my eyes beautifully.
