This was a christmas gift from my daughter which she bought through groupon. Booked my appointment online and it was accepted. Booked a groupon and tried booking the appt. Confirmation stated that the appt request was in review. This being my first hydrafacial, I was eager to move forward. I was hesitant to pay full price on the facial because it was my first time. I was patient for the final confirmation for over a day with zero communication from the spa.
