Hello beauty by Lucky charged me $200 for a service that was never completed. I was looking for somebody to help maintain my sew in and walked into her studio and she refused to give me any service because she didn’t have a sink. Therefore I left. At the end of the day, she confirmed on StyleSeat that the appointment was complete and it charged me $200. She never refunded it
The work itself came out nice, but the experience at the end was extremely uncomfortable and awful. I chose this salon because the website listed Afterpay, Klarna, and Affirm, and I confirmed this by phone with Lucky before booking. After my service, I was told those options were not available and had not been set up.
