I got a wispy volume lash set done today by Hope, and she truly did an amazing job! She was so attentive to the exact look I wanted, took her time, and made sure everything came out beautifully. The ambiance was super relaxing—I felt so at ease the entire time. She was also incredibly helpful and flexible when it came to rebooking my appointment last minute, which I really appreciate. Highly recommend her to anyone in the Bloomington area looking for flawless lashes and a peaceful experience!

She was aware I was having an allergic reaction and said and did nothing. She knew I thought it might be eczema from stress but when my eyes swelled up that's when she tells me my eyes look like another clients having an allergic reaction. Lash techs need to voice these things and not just take our money. Most lash techs won't charge to take them off. I went to another lady who took them off free of charge because she was more concerned than hope was.

I’ve been getting my lashes done by Hope for the longest time and I can’t imagine going anywhere else. She is the absolute best at what she does! She also does really well with trying to find an appointment time that fits both of your schedules.
