I'm not usually one to leave a review, but I feel the need to warn others that this salon is truly dangerous. I had a lash lift and tint done, and not only did I see no results (she didn’t even give me a mirror at the end—I had to ask for one), but when I pointed out that my lashes were still completely flat, she told me that they were naturally flat and that’s why they looked like that! I went in for eyebrows and came out with burns all over around my eye brows. Very painful. Not to mention that there were still lots of hairs and the shape was off and she didn’t trim the hair so they are still long. Cost $40 and not worth it at all in my opinion even without the burns. I didn’t bother sending a message as the reviews I read after the fact showed how she will react and I don’t think it’s worth the energy to have to argue with someone. Just wanted to forewarn people.

I had my lashes lifted and tinted with Gabby, but they were over processed and broken/frizzy/fell out just before my wedding. Took about two months to grow back in normally. I wanted to give her another chance, thinking it was just a honest mistake. But then she canceled my wedding nail appointment last minute giving me next to no explanation or options. I had to drive to Cranbrook to get a last minute appointment before my wedding. I found her very unprofessional.
