I have been going to Rose for a few years for my facials and brow services. She does amazing thorough work and is very professional and clean. As a business owner myself for 20 years it is refreshing to see someone practice proper sanitation these days :) I would recommend her to anyone .
If I could rate 0 I would. I'm writing on behalf of my cousin. Rose, I'm not sure what's wrong with you and why you upsold a tint service to my cousins brow wax AFTER stating in her intake form that she is allergic but you insisted because it's "organic". I understand struggles as a business owner but unethically upcharging services that she didn't request to make a quick buck to make rent for your studio is wrong. Exceeded my expectations by far! I received the Gentleman’s Facial and noticed immediate improvement in my skin. Im literally glowing. She even helped me figure out the perfect at home routine for the skin conditions that I’ve been struggling with. Excited to schedule my next appointment soon! Beauty by England has a new regular ✅.
